The 22 Cherrydale condos at the Bromptons are coming back online for a January 2011 completion.

If you have driven down Lee Highway in the last few years you must have seen it and asked, “what is that?”   Back in 2006 the Arlington County government stepped in and stopped construction on the Ed Peete project.  The county said the construction work was not up to par.   The building sat in a state of flux for almost 3 years.  Now the developer and the county have reached an agreement and the project will be completed.
